Lesson #11: La Llorona (The Crying Woman)

I like to keep a "La Llorona" photo album on my phone.

Every time I cry, I take a picture of myself and put them all into this album on my phone called 'La Llorona.' I look back at the timestamps of the pictures and think about what was going on in my life that made me cry at that specific time.

I find it fascinating that we can cry for so many reasons, whether we are sad, really happy, touched by something, or something is really funny. This photo album serves as a visual-emotional diary.

Reflecting on these moments helps me understand and appreciate the wide range of emotions I've experienced. It reminds me of my vulnerability and strength and how each moment, whether joyful or sorrowful, has contributed to my growth.

Keeping a 'La Llorona' photo album on your phone is a unique way to document and reflect on your emotional experiences. It serves as a powerful reminder of the myriad reasons behind our tears.
