Lesson #20: Breakky for the WIN

Over time, I’ve learned that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and can set the tone for success.


I've noticed that I always feel more productive and energized after a healthy, balanced breakfast. This ties into my broader focus on health and wellness. When I have had a high-quality sleep the previous night AND a nutritious breakfast, I feel unstoppable for the rest of the day. Nobody can tell me NOTHING, and it's OVA for you all.

Your breakfast doesn’t have to be complicated, either. I almost always make a spinach and cheese omelette with extra egg whites, a piece of whole grain toast with butter, and a protein shake. It’s simple but effective, providing nearly 70 grams of protein while keeping carbs around 30 grams. This meal fuels me through the morning and keeps me on track with my fitness goals.


If you haven’t already, start making breakfast a priority in your routine. It can be the difference between a sluggish day and a day full of energy and focus. A little planning can go a long way toward making your mornings more productive.


Breakfast really does set up the rest of your day for success. Keep it simple, keep it healthy, and let it fuel your productivity.
