The saying 'you are what you eat' holds significant truth. Consuming nutrient-rich foods fuels your body, enhances mood, and improves sleep quality. I also notice how radiant my skin is and feels when I'm on my healthy eating game. When I'm off with my eating habits, I definitely see more fatigue, irritability, body pain, and various health issues.
Paying attention to your diet and making conscious food choices can profoundly impact your life. Incorporating a balanced diet and regular exercise can help maintain a steady metabolism, even as you age. It's about finding the right balance and making sustainable, healthy choices. I know that dairy causes a lot of inflammation with my sciatica, but I could NEVA give up cheese, ice cream, or other dairy delights. It's a matter of finding that balance that works for YOU. They say everything is okay in moderation.
